Et cette \ud835\udc11\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc02\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc0f\ud835\udc13\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc15\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc13\ud835\udc04, cette \u00e9coute elle-m\u00eame int\u00e9rioris\u00e9e, par l\u2019affinement des perceptions qu\u2019elle d\u00e9veloppe, OUVRE LA PORTE DE L\u2019 \ud835\udc08\ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc06\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc13\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc0d, de l\u2019 \ud835\udc08\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc13\ud835\udc14\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc13\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc0d, de la \ud835\udc11\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc02\ud835\udc07\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc12\ud835\udc12\ud835\udc04 \ud835\udc08\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc13\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc11\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc14\ud835\udc11\ud835\udc04.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 Il y a l\u00e0 trois d\u00e9marches de la psychosynth\u00e8se :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>d\u00e9tente, \u00e9coute du corps, de son int\u00e9riorit\u00e9,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accueil des sensations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>int\u00e9riorisation de ces sensations qui m\u00e8ne \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte de son imaginaire et de son intuition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La cons\u00e9quence de cette d\u00e9marche est la prise de conscience essentielle pour la personne, de sa richesse, de son \u00e9nergie vitale, de son individualit\u00e9 et de a possibilit\u00e9 de croissance personnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd0e Dans cette optique, les enfants \u00e9tant acteurs (animaux ou fleurs que le h\u00e9ros du conte rencontrait apr\u00e8s sa descente vers le monde merveilleux qu\u2019il d\u00e9couvrait), mon d\u00e9sir a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019amener chacun :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>d\u2019abord \u00e0 se d\u00e9tendre, \u00e0 faire \ud835\udc12\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc0b\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc02\ud835\udc04 en lui-m\u00eame pour \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute de son int\u00e9riorit\u00e9, r\u00e9ceptif \u00e0 ses perceptions internes et aux sensations ext\u00e9rieures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ensuite \u00e0 \ud835\udc0b\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc12\ud835\udc12\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc11 \ud835\udc04\ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc11\ud835\udc06\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc11, par l\u2019int\u00e9riorisation, du plus profond de son \u00eatre, \ud835\udc14\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc04 \ud835\udc08\ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc06\ud835\udc04, animal ou fleur QUI LUI SONT PROPRE afin que s\u2019\u00e9tablisse un \ud835\udc03\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc0b\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc06\ud835\udc14\ud835\udc04 \ud835\udc00\ud835\udc14\ud835\udc13\ud835\udc07\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc13\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc10\ud835\udc14\ud835\udc04 \ud835\udc04\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc13\ud835\udc11\ud835\udc04 \ud835\udc0b\ud835\udc14\ud835\udc08-\ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc04\u0302\ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc04.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Je reprendrai maintenant chacun de ces points pour dire les constatations que j\u2019ai pu faire dans l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019enfant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2600\ufe0f La \ud835\udc03\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc12\ud835\udc02\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc13\ud835\udc04 \ud835\udc04\ud835\udc0d \ud835\udc12\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc08, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de la \ud835\udc03\ud835\udc04\u0301\ud835\udc13\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc13\ud835\udc04, de la prise de \ud835\udc02\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc12\ud835\udc02\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc02\ud835\udc04 \ud835\udc03\ud835\udc04 \ud835\udc12\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc0d \ud835\udc02\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc11\ud835\udc0f\ud835\udc12, de ses sensations corporelles ont entra\u00een\u00e9 un sentiment de \ud835\udc12\ud835\udc04\u0301\ud835\udc02\ud835\udc14\ud835\udc11\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc13\ud835\udc04.<br>L\u2019enfant a per\u00e7u son existence propre dans sa peau, son enveloppe corporelle, v\u00e9cue comme un \u00e9l\u00e9ment protecteur, assurant son int\u00e9grit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il a pris conscience de son int\u00e9riorit\u00e9, de ses perceptions internes qu\u2019il a reconnues et qui ont perdu de ce fait, leur aspect parfois inqui\u00e9tant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc25 \ud835\udc1a \ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc22 \ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27 \ud835\udc1e\u0301\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc2f\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1e PAR SA CHALEUR, son rythme cardiaque, respiratoire.<br>Il a pris \ud835\udc02\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc05\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc02\ud835\udc04 \ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27 \ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27 \ud835\udc02\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc11\ud835\udc0f\ud835\udc12 qui en acqu\u00e9rant son individualit\u00e9, est devenu un R\u00c9F\u00c9RENT, un instrument de connaissance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd25 Le corps s\u2019est diff\u00e9renci\u00e9 du monde ext\u00e9rieur. L\u2019enfant est devenu capable d\u2019accueillir les sensations externes en les reconnaissant comme telles, ext\u00e9rieures \u00e0 lui.<br>Il a pris de la distance par rapport \u00e0 ce monde ext\u00e9rieur, v\u00e9cu progressivement comme objet de plus en plus distinct du sujet ; il ne fusionne plus avec lui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud835\udc0b\ud835\udc00 \ud835\udc03\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc12\ud835\udc13\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc02\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc13\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc0d, d\u00e9marche si importante de la psychosynth\u00e8se, l\u2019a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 se d\u00e9gager de son esprit animiste et de son \u00e9gocentrisme primitif, et \u00e0 progresser dans l\u2019objectivation et le d\u00e9but d\u2019un d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019esprit scientifique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\uddd1\u200d\ud83c\udfa8 En plus de cet aspect cognitif tr\u00e8s important, se sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es chez l\u2019enfant \ud835\udc25\u2019\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27 et \ud835\udc25\u2019\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc31\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27 \ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2a\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc1e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019accueil aux sensations visuelles, par exemple, associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la prise de conscience de sa vie personnelle et de la vie qui anime les choses, a entra\u00een\u00e9 la production de dessins de fleurs \u2013 entre autre \u2013 non seulement mieux observ\u00e9es mais \u00e9galement anim\u00e9es de cette vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>La perception de son rythme personnel (cardiaque) a eu pour cons\u00e9quence une meilleure perception et une reproduction plus juste d\u2019un rythme ext\u00e9rieur impos\u00e9, une participation mieux accord\u00e9e et harmonieuse \u00e0 une danse collective, ce qui n\u2019est pas \u00e9vident chez un enfant de six ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Enfin dans son r\u00f4le d\u2019animal ou de fleur, \u2013 r\u00f4le qu\u2019on ne lui a pas attribu\u00e9 d\u2019office, mais qu\u2019il n\u2019a pas choisi non plus de mani\u00e8re impulsive et arbitraire \u2013 Dans ce personnage qu\u2019il a laiss\u00e9 jaillir du plus profond de lui-m\u00eame, l\u2019enfant s\u2019est impliqu\u00e9 totalement. Il s\u2019est identifi\u00e9 \u00e0 son symbole dans un \u00e9lan cr\u00e9ateur qui s\u2019est exprim\u00e9 par un jeu corporel per\u00e7u comme \u00ab&nbsp;recueilli et v\u00e9cu de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur&nbsp;\u00bb par les spectateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2b50 Il s\u2019est \u00e9tabli, \ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc29\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc1e-\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc32\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc1b\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2d \ud835\udc25\u2019\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1f\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d, \ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc27 \ud835\udc2f\ud835\udc1e\u0301\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1b\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc1e qui s\u2019est manifest\u00e9 par des textes \u00e9crits, des dessins, des \u00e9changes m\u00eame en dehors de la classe (des enfants s\u2019\u00e9crivant d\u2019animal \u00e0 animal, ou de fleur \u00e0 fleur) et une grande coh\u00e9sion du groupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expression spontan\u00e9e, vivante, chaleureuse et je crois pouvoir le dire, riche, authentique, enthousiaste avec beaucoup de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais ce qui m\u2019a paru le plus important, c\u2019est \ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d effectu\u00e9 avec chaque enfant avec son \ud835\udc0f\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc11\ud835\udc12\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc06\ud835\udc04-\ud835\udc12\ud835\udc18\ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc01\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc0b\ud835\udc04.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a eu, en effet, en un premier temps, projection de l\u2019enfant sur son animal ou sa fleur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un petit gar\u00e7on tr\u00e8s immature et peu motiv\u00e9 par la vie scolaire s\u2019est identifi\u00e9 \u00e0 une grenouille bien au chaud, tranquille, prot\u00e9g\u00e9e au fond de l\u2019eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tel autre, doux, craintif, ne pouvant exprimer son agressivit\u00e9 a choisi un serpent parce que \u00ab&nbsp;il se faufile, il est dangereux, il pique avec sa langue&nbsp;\u00bb.<br>Une petite fille tr\u00e8s inhib\u00e9e, ne parlant pas, mais tr\u00e8s raffin\u00e9e, a aim\u00e9 un perroquet \u00ab&nbsp;parce qu\u2019il \u00e9tait plein de couleurs, l\u2019oiseau arc-en-ciel&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u23f3Apr\u00e8s une maturation en un deuxi\u00e8me temps, l\u2019enfant a grandi, \u00e9volu\u00e9 avec son symbole, sans aucune intervention de ma part, simplement comme s\u2019il percevait un message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La grenouille a saut\u00e9 hors de l\u2019eau ; curieuse elle est all\u00e9e explorer le monde avec ses gros yeux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le serpent, avec sa langue, a parl\u00e9 et lu dans toutes les langues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le perroquet n\u2019\u00e9tait plus seulement beau, mais il chantait avec tous les autres oiseaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et effectivement, il y a eu \u00e9volution du comportement des enfants, la petite fille inhib\u00e9e devenant bavarde et dr\u00f4le, le petit gar\u00e7on immature lisant et \u00e9crivant avec sa grenouille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout ceci s\u2019est fait, bien s\u00fbr, en interaction entre les enfants et l\u2019on ne peut exclure quelque influence de l\u2019un sur l\u2019autre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais certaines intuitions, en particulier celle du serpent m\u2019ont paru assez \u00e9tonnantes : nous n\u2019avions pas lu d\u2019histoires de serpent, en classe et l\u2019enfant, apparemment, ne connaissait pas de contes o\u00f9 figure le serpent sage et savant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714\ufe0fQuoiqu\u2019il en soit, pour chacun, son personnage-symbole a eu un r\u00f4le dynamisant et a \u00e9t\u00e9 un chemin de \ud835\udc02\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc12\ud835\udc12\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc02\ud835\udc04, de \ud835\udc02\ud835\udc11\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc12\ud835\udc12\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc02\ud835\udc04 et d\u2019 \ud835\udc04\u0301\ud835\udc15\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc0b\ud835\udc14\ud835\udc13\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc0d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le dernier point que j\u2019ai \u00e9voqu\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment et qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s sensible, c\u2019est la bonne \ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc1e\u0301\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27 \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc2e \ud835\udc20\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc1e dans la classe et en dehors de la classe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout un \u00e9change de relations s\u2019est instaur\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de l\u2019\u00e9cole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019int\u00e9rieur il m\u2019a sembl\u00e9 qu\u2019une plus grande tol\u00e9rance, une meilleure perception de l\u2019autre se manifestaient, avec moins de mesquinerie, mais toutefois sans \u00e9viter certains r\u00e8glements de comptes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette exp\u00e9rience a cr\u00e9\u00e9 un lien entre les enfants et a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9, \u00e9galement, une participation spontan\u00e9e des parents. Ce projet v\u00e9cu en commun a induit une \ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc1e\u0300\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc2f\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2d \ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc1e, une qualit\u00e9 de communication que je n\u2019avais pas ressentie jusqu\u2019alors dans ma pratique professionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Les enfants de ce cours pr\u00e9paratoire ont, me semble-t-il, beaucoup appris et ont pu d\u00e9velopper leur connaissance d\u2019eux-m\u00eames, leur sens artistique, leurs possibilit\u00e9s relationnelles.
